The Broncos have signed 27-year old Scott Young.  Young is a big guy at 6’4″, 312 pounds and he should be able to help out as a backup at both guard and center.  He only played in 1 game off the bench for the Browns last season.  He has now played in 14 games (0 starts) in his 4-year NFL career.  Don’t expect miracles out of him in 2009.

UPDATE:  The Broncos have placed Scott Young on the reserve/retired list.
